Activities, Aquatics, and Athletics
The Anglo-American School of Moscow offers a wide variety of activities, aquatics, and athletics options for Middle School students. The MS Penguin Life program is divided into three seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring. The goal of the program is to provide students with the opportunity to grow, learn, and have fun.
Middle School students take part in a variety of Central & Eastern European Schools Association (CEESA) and other International events each school year. These include various sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, swimming, water polo, and cross country, as well as co-curricular activity events such as math competitions, speech & debate and Knowledge Bowl Tournaments, Model United Nations, music, drama and art festivals. Each year, AAS hosts a minimum of five international events and several local tournaments.

By accepting membership in the Penguin Life program, students and their families also accept responsibility for providing accommodation for visiting teams through the Penguin Host Program.
